The majority of our renovation projects will require plans of some sort. When those plans are not yet available we will need your help at arriving at a reasonably accurate estimate for the project you are looking to complete.

During our initial consultation, we will visually survey the area in question and gather information from you such as budget, style, and function. Feel free to ask questions and make suggestions. And ask yourself an important question about us and every other construction professional you talk to: “Do I feel comfortable working with them?”

After our initial conversation and within about 7 business days we will provide you with a proposed scope of work for your project. This may be very detailed or not depending on the size and scope of the work. We will ask that you review the scope of work for accuracy and from that we will proceed with formulating your estimate. The estimate is not a contract to perform the work, but an educated analysis of what a project such as yours would cost.

Depending on what design specifications or other professional services are needed it is at this point that you would retain our company to explore the feasibility of your project or enter into the design phase. During this phase is where we pull together the professional resources needed to develop your project. You will make your selections for finishes and products as we work together to develop the floor plan and layout for your project. At the conclusion of this phase, we will have all the necessary ingredients to create construction-ready plans and an accurate construction proposal.

Should you make the excellent choice of continuing with our company through the construction phase you will be given a detailed construction schedule with a completion date so you can follow along to make sure we are on track. Our project manager will be on-site regularly to manage your project and be available for your questions. Most importantly we will do the absolute best we can to minimize the impact on your daily lives that a construction project can have. We understand that this can be a stressful and disorderly time. Our goal is to make you a raving fan!
